- GST. i was reading the online news report about GST and i come across this sentence. "$500 is nothing now, because it can last only two weeks. Instead of giving this way, why don’t you increase the salaries near to the cost of living?" it's from a a married man commenting on the increase cost of living in singapore. i totally agree to what he said. everything is so expensive now. giving us GST Credits wont help. the money will be used up in less than a month's time. might as well increase our pay right? tax is rising. the fuel cost, grains of rice, eggs and etc are also rising. everything is rising except for our pay. why don't our pay get to be increase near to the cost of living? we wont be able to cope with the high cost of living in the near future even if we save lots of money every month. our bank account will soon be dried up. *sigh  spoke at : 10:12 pm |
