- Time to lose some weight! my T-shirts, pants, jeans and jackets are getting more and more tight now. i don't wanna end up like some fat lady who can only wear XL or XXL clothes. guess it's time for me to - go for morning/evening jogs everyday. - skip 100 times everyday. - 50 sit up and crunches everyday. - climb at least 50 flights of stairs everyday. - 50 push ups everyday. - eat less. - drink more water. i've finish watching heroes season 1 and 2 already. and i'm now waiting for season 3 to come out. and it's like in september. woah piang eh. so kuku long~~ >.< oh ya, i've something to share. it's a conversation between my sis and i.
