- Joke of the day.. A concerned husband went to a doctor to talk about his wife. He says to the doctor, "Doctor, I think my wife is deaf because she never hears me the first time and always asks me to repeat things." "Well," the doctor replied, "go home and tonight stand about 15 feet from her and say something to her. If she doesn't reply move about 5 feet close and say it again. Keep doing this so that we'll get an idea about the severity of her deafness". Sure enough, the husband goes home and does exactly as instructed. He starts off about 15 feet from his wife in the kitchen as she is chopping some vegetables and says, "Honey, what's for dinner?" He hears no response. He moves about 5 feet closer and asks again. No reply. He moves 5 feet closer. Still no reply. He gets fed up and moves right behind her, about an inch away, and asks again, "Honey, what's for dinner?" She replies, "For the fourth time, vegetable stew!" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YESTERDAY school was pretty alright. and i've got great news. im selected to go for the industrial attachment during the holidays. woo hoo ~!!!!!!! im so happy when mrs lee told me the news in class yesterday. =) joanna and i were seated tgt during lesson. and as usual, we laugh our ass off during ms lam lesson. i only manage to rmb one particular incident on why we laugh till so hard. well, here it goes. ms lam was going through a qn which we have to do a don't know what statement on LEL company. so our conversation start like this. me: isn't suppose to be LOL instead of LEL? joanna: hmmmmm, ya hor. me: they type wrongly la. haha. joanna: no no, they didn't type wrongly. LOL = laugh out loud. so LEL = laugh extra loud. both of us: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !! anyway, back to the attachment thingy. i went to find mrs lee [the teacher-in-charge] for more info bout my attachment thingy after school. but she's still having lesson. so i waited for her lesson to end at bout 2.30pm. mrs lee told me that my attachment will be at raffles place and i'll be helping out in the finance department. but all the jobs will only be finalised next week. so i'll only be able to know next week if im confirm in the industrial attachment programme. =( had lunch in school together with joanna, kok hua, diyana, liyana and mira. after lunch, we head over to student hub. i was slacking and playing the computer while mira they all were all busy doing the tourism project. im just so lucky that i didn't choose tourism. cuz there's no project needed to be done in taxation. =) i went home at bout 3pm. started to mug for my tax till bout 9plus then went to sleep. TODAY school as usual and it's been boring. anyway, i train-ed to school today. and something super lame happened. i was blasting my music and sleeping at the same time. then i heard this announcement: "attention all passengers, this train will be delayed for half an hour due to some accident that has happened." and i wide awake when i heard this announcement. i was thinking, what could have happened, maybe there's another case of suicide? and i was so so scared can. cuz i don't have enough cash with me to pay for the cab fee if im gonna take cab to school. and also, i don't even know how to go school from the station, kranji, when the announcement was played. but then, a few minutes later, there was another announcement. this time, it was the train driver speaking. he says: "attention passengers, im sorry bout the announcement just now. it's the wrong announcement cuz i played the wrong one." -____________________________________- lll when i heard that, i was like "WHAT THE HELL LA? how can he played the wrong announcement? so i continued to train-ed to school since it's a wrong announcement made. and it rained so kuku heavily when i reach bishan. my shoes and socks were all totally wet when i reach school. mira's shoes and socks were also wet. so we dry our shoes and socks using the class fan.  from left to right. mira and yingqin's shoes and socks.  the fan which i use to dry our shoes and socks. had cookery lessons after school today. and we make cheese cake today. wee~~!!  the cheese cake we make.  my cheese cake.  another view of my cheese cake. i stayed in school for awhile to finish up homework then train-ed back to cck tgt with joanna. when i've reached cck, i meet up with baobei at 975 bus stop to pass him the cheese cake i made for him before i head home. now, im waiting for my new wallet to come. cuz my old LV wallet button came out and has disappeared. and thus, i can't button it up. T.T this is the picture of my new wallet. baobei ordered it from spree organization.  and, i just got a mail on the new updates of the single-sided earrings. woo~ all the earrings are just so nice la.   im so tempted to buy can. but i got no money now. and i have to save some money for my coming trip to malacca in dec and also some for the the joint account that baobei and i gonna have in the future. =) woah, such a long post. well, i've to end here for now. got tons of topics to mug and also tons of revision papers to be done for exams. i think, im a mug-a-holic with all these mugging going on.
